We had a great time on Thursday when KS1 took part in Sports day. All of the children supported each other extremely well which was lovely to see.
Thank you to all the parents/carers and wider family who came to watch. The children were very excited and really wanted to do their best to impress you.
The most important part of the day was seeing the children enjoy themselves while playing sport. We want all of our pupils to lead a healthy and active lifestyle, understanding that no matter what place their team finishes, the key is to participate and have fun. Every child demonstrated great sportsmanship, resilience, and enthusiasm, which are the true victories of any sports day.
